      At Bird & Co, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our return policies below.

      All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process your return your store credit will be emailed to you. 

      We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
      jewelry, seamless wear (cami's, leggings...) sunglasses, bathing suits, bralette's, bogg bags or hats. If a final sale item is shipped back to us you will be charged a $5 re-shipment fee. 

      Shoes must be returned in their original box in the same condition that you received them! If there is any damage to the shoebox, your return will not be accepted. If items do not meet the above guidelines, your item will be returned to you at your expense. 

      To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!

      If you return an order that was paid for through Sezzle, please know that your Sezzle payments will continue as they were originally scheduled. The store credit that you will be issued is not associated with Sezzle and cannot be used towards your Sezzle payments. 

      If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at: shopbirdandco@yahoo.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.

      Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS. After being processed orders are shipped out of Mocksville, NC. Please do not email us about when your order will ship out unless it has been over 2 business days from your purchase date, as it only delays the processing of your order. If you would like your package expedited please send us an email for a priority shipping charge.  

      Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Please double check your shipping address before checking out. Once we ship your order you will be responsible for paying a shipping charge to ship it a second time. 

      **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES BEING LOST IN TRANSIT IF YOU FIND THAT THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. If products are marked as delivered you will need to contact the carrier. We ship vis USPS**

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
